1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Crickex Affiliate ("we", "us", "the platform"). 2 Eligibility

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one Crickex Affiliate account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. Crickex Affiliate uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close any additional accounts found, forfeiting any balances held within them.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Crickex Affiliate supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5 Bonus Policy

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all Crickex Affiliate promotions:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active will forfeit the previous bonus.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Crickex Affiliate are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming.

Crickex Affiliate reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time.
• The odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault.
• There is evidence that the outcome of the event was manipulated or fixed.
• The bet was placed after the event had already concluded (late bet).

In-play betting markets on Crickex Affiliate are subject to brief suspension during key moments of a match. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. Live odds update in real time and Crickex Affiliate is not liable for delays caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip. Crickex Affiliate reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any individual player at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7 Casino Rules

All casino games on Crickex Affiliate, including live dealer games, slots, Bingo, Rooster Rumble, and Super Fruit Machine, use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The outcome of every game is determined independently of Crickex Affiliate.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting.
• Attempting to launder money or use Crickex Affiliate for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Crickex Affiliate staff or other players.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

Crickex Affiliate cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any evidence of illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be frozen pending investigation.

9 Privacy and Data

Crickex Affiliate collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
